Pride in our sports and our school is shown virtually everyday by the students who participate on one level or another. Come out and get involved.

Elementary School Sports
Our elementary students are very active both in and after school in sports. Each year, the school participates in a skating program, swimming program and various other activities that take
place during school hours. We also offer intramurals year round for our elementary school students. Some of the big events we offer to our elementary students
(grades 3-5) are the various sports jamborees. These jamborees include soccer, basketball, nukemball, badminton, cross country and track and field. Due to the competitive
nature of these events, they are offered to our 3 to 5 students only, but it gives the K-2 students something to look forward to when they reach the appropriate grade level.
Middle School Sports
Our middle level students are able to participate in several sports teams and clubs. We have Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer and Badminton teams.
During the school year, we also offer cross country and track and field. Some of the clubs at the middle level are badminton and basketball clubs.
These clubs meet as often as possible year round. All of our students are encouraged to participate in every activity possible whether they be sports or otherwise.
Ski Club
Forest Hills Ski Club skis every Thursday night for six weeks at Poley Mountain in Sussex. We depart the school at 3:15pm and return to school at 10pm.
We ski from 5pm - 8:30. A great way to get some exercise and enjoy the great outdoors.
Cheerleading - Middle Level
Cheerleading is for middle level students who get together once a week at lunch to practice some moves, dancing and simple stunts for their interest. It's non-competitive and
it is run by the students.
